As a psychologist and yoga practitioner, I have increasingly come to understand and appreciate the indisputable connection between the mind and the body. My approach is to assess each client's unique needs and integrate effective tools, in order to guide them towards their overall health and well-being. 



Graduating from my doctoral program in psychology in 2005, I have completed 10+ years of practice in individual, group and couples treatment.  

My experience includes working in private practice, inpatient hospitals, trauma programs, nursing and rehabilitation facilities, college counseling, as well as offering workshops for emotional balance.

Due to my interest in a holistic approach to mental health, I have sought out continued education in psychology, as well as mindfulness and yoga.
